Live Betting General Rules

1. General Betting Rules

1.1 All bets will be accepted in accordance with the current LINE - a list of events with the fixed odds and winning coefficients established by the Company. The odds can be changed by The Company after the bets are placed, but conditions of bets remain intact. Clients should check for all possible changes in the odds prior to placing the bet.

1.2 A client cannot change or cancel a bet after registration on the server and after receiving the acceptance message and coupon number assignment. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel a bet at any time for technical reasons or human error, without previous notice. Any failure in communication is not a valid reason for cancelling a bet, if the bet was registered on the server. A client can only place bets to the extent of the funds in his account. When the bet has been placed and registered, the bet risk amount will be deducted from the client's deposit account. After the bet calculation, all winnings are added to the client’s balance.

1.3 Scoreboard: Although we make every effort to ensure all live in-play information displayed is correct, information (such as score and time of game and other) is intended to be used as a guide and we assume no liability in the event that any information is incorrect.

Rules for settling bets

2. Rules for settling bets

2.1 All event dates and times published by the Company are tentative. An incorrect event date, time or additional information such as the status or stage of the tournament and the score of the first match and so on, is not a basis for cancelling a bet. If the event took place before or after the date of the initial declaration, then the result is deemed to be valid and the bets are valid if they are made prior to the start of the event. When an event is postponed by more than 3 days, the bets will be refunded. If the event is postponed by less than 3 days, then the bets are deemed valid, but the Company has the right to take a decision about refunding bets without waiting for the event, as the players are informed in the official results. If a NBA, NHL, NFL match is canceled or is not finished on the scheduled day, then bets will be cancelled and the clients balances refunded on the following day.

2.2 The away team is indicated in the first place in a line. If the game took place on the visitor team field (except matches between teams from the same city), all bets for the event will be considered void. The change of location to a neutral field is not a basis for cancelling bets. Bets will be considered valid if the host participant's location is listed in the tournament title, but the host participant is not listed first in the betting line.

2.3 Interrupted events.

2.3.1 For interrupted events considered to be cancelled, all bets are considered to be void, except the bets on the sports where the result of the bet was already obvious (for example the bets for first team-scorer, first yellow card conceded, the bets on total over in case of over, etc.) For interrupted events the bets on times or periods comparison are considered to be void without exclusions.

2.3.2 Please see the correspondent chapters of these Rules for additional rules relating to different sports.

2.4 If the primary result of the event was later changed for any reason, this change does not affect the bet results. In addition, bets are considered to be settled according to the primary result of an official protocol or other source immediately after the event is finished. In the case that there is no information on official sources, the company has the right to use other sources of information, including information from its own representative at the match. The source stated in the betting line will prevail. If the event was interrupted and recommenced on the next day from the start, for calculation purposes the first match is considered as an interrupted event and is calculated according p.2.3

2.5 In case of human errors by the Company staff or computer malfunctions during the acceptance of bets (such as: obvious mistakes in odds, non-corresponding odds in depending positions, etc.), and in the case where the game is suspected of being rigged, or in other cases of violation of the Rules, the Company has a right to cancel such a bet. Should international anti match fixing organizations EWS-FIFA, Federbet and Tennis Integrity Unit, suspect of any match fixing or other such manipulation of the sporting event, the Company has the right to block the account of the client who placed bets on the event until a final conclusion is drawn by the anti match fixing organizations. If the final conclusion results in a match being fixed, then all bets placed will be cancelled. Administration is not required to submit proof of the suspected rigging or manipulation with the result of the event.

2.6 All live results displayed on the Company’s site are for information only. The Company tries to display the correct current results, but they cannot be the basis of changing bet calculations and so on. Please use alternative sources of information while placing live bets (for example television, etc.).

2.7 Any change in the score or any change in the details of the match decided on by the official referee, (for example cancelling a goal because of an offside, after examining the video or the cancelling or review of a point play in tennis, volleyball, etc.), or the mutual agreement of the participants (for example playing in equal teams after the player has been sent off, etc.) is not a valid reason to cancel bets.

2.8 In unclear situations, the Company has a right to the final decision.

The types and categories of bets

3. Bet Types

3.1 Match Result (3 way lines)

Your betting options are Home, Draw and Away. The outcome of the wagers will be determined by the full match scores (regulation time). By wagering on the home option, you are predicting that the home team will win the match. By wagering on the draw option you are predicting that the match will end up in a draw and by wagering on the Away team you are predicting that the away team will win the match. This wager type can be found, if available, at full match, Half, Quarters/Periods.

3.2 Point Spreads

Point Spreads are either a negative number, a positive number or a 0 number which is commonly known as Pk’em / PK Line. The outcome is determined by adding or subtracting the spread selected to the score of the team wagered on. For example if you wagered on a 1 Half -1.5 Arsenal, and the 1 Half Score at the end of that period was Arsenal 2-0, the wager will be a winning bet since 2 – 1.5 = 0.5. The final result towards your prediction will be 0.5-0 final score for a winning bet.

3.3 Totals

You have 2 options: Over or Under. The outcome of the under wager will be determined as a winner if the final score of the event selected results in a less number compared to what your wager displays, or your Over bet will become a winner if the final score of the game is higher than the amount of the total you selected to be your wager. If the number turns out to be the exact same number of your wager, the wager will be refunded, since it will be considered a push. For example if you have a wager on Denver Over 40, and the final score was 21-24, your wager is a winner since 45 is a higher number than 40 (your wager).

3.4 Team Totals

Your options are Over and Under, and the outcome of your wager will be determined by the score only by the team selected. You can select from a pre-established number of goals/points scored by a specific team, if that total score will be over or under that pre-established number. If the result turns out to be exactly the same as the pre-established number, then wagers will be deemed a push/tie and the risked amount will be refunded to your available balance. This can be selected for the full match or for a specific half/quarter/period.

3.5 Asian Spreads/Totals

This are Spreads/Totals displayed by an X number followed by either “.25” or a “.75”. For scoring purposes, they work the same as regular spreads and totals, but your risk amount will be divided in 2 different spreads/totals. For example, If you choose a spread of +1.25, half of your wager will go to +1 and the other half to +1.5, same as if, for example, you bet a total to go under 3.75, in which half of your wager will go to under 3.5 and the other half to under 4. This can be selected for the full match or for a specific half/quarter/period.

3.6 Double Chance

This offering displays 3 possible outcomes to wager on:

  • Home team and draw: If the home team wins or draws the match, your wager will become a winner
  • Away team and draw: If the away team wins or draws the match, your wager will become a winner
  • No Draw: Your bet will be considered a winner if any of the team wins, meaning any outcome except a “draw”

3.7 Odd or Even

Type of wager that is based in the number of points or goals scored in a match, half, game, etc. The betting types are:

  • Odd: total goals/points scored in the match will be an odd number
  • Even: total goals/points scored in the match will be an even number

3.8 Exact Total

This option allows you to predict what the exact total will be at the end of the game by adding both teams’ final score together. Your betting options will be:

  • Exactly ‘n’: Predicting that final scores added together will sum that exact ‘n’ number
  • Anything But ‘n’; Predicting that the final scores added together will not be the ‘n’ number

3.9 Exact Team Total

This option allows you to predict what the exact total will be at the end of the game/period for a specific team. Your betting options will be:

  • Exactly ‘n’: Predicting that the score of your team will be that exact ‘n’ number
  • Anything But ‘n’: Predicting that the score of your team will not be the ‘n’ number

Draw no Bet

Gives you the option to get your bet refunded if the event ends up on a Draw. Pick a team to win and if the final result of the event is a draw, your wager will be settled as No Action (refunded).

Live Tennis Rules

4.9.1 Survival of Wagers

Wagers will still have action in the event of the following circumstances:

  • A change of venue
  • A change of surface, either before or during the match
  • A change from indoor court to outdoor court (or vice-versa)
  • A change of the scheduled time or day of the match

4.9.2 Match Winner

Predict who will win the match. This is graded the same as a Money Line.

4.9.3 Set Betting

Predict what the final set score of the match will be. Wagers placed in this market are graded as NO ACTION if the statutory number of sets are not completed or are changed.

4.9.4 First/Second/Third/(etc) Set Winner

Predict who will win that set. All wagers placed in this market will be graded as NO ACTION if that set is not completed.

4.9.5 Double Result

This market requires you to predict which player will win the first set, and which player will win the match. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, wagers placed in this market will be graded as NO ACTION.

4.9.6 Total Sets

Predict the number of sets that will be in a match.

4.9.7 Total games in set X

Predict the number of games there will be in that set.

4.9.8 Point spread Betting (2-way) and point spread Betting (3-way)

Point spread betting in Tennis is based on the number of games in the match. At the end of the match, the number of games that each player won are added up. You would then apply the point spread to the number of games that each player won.

Example: Player 1 won 18 games and Player 2 won 14 games

If the point spread offer was Player 1 -3.5, you would subtract 3.5 from Player 1's number of games won. (In this case, it would be 18 - 3.5 = 14.5). Since this number (14.5) is more than the number of games that the other player won (which was 14 games), your wager would be a winner.

If the point spread offer was Player 2 +3.5 you would add 3.5 to Player 2's number of games won. (In this case it would be 14 + 3.5 = 17.5). Since this number (17.5) is less than the number of games that Player 1 won (which was 18 games), this wager would be a loser.

The 3-way offer will be graded as a loser if the number of games won by each player is equal once the math is applied unless you bet on the “draw” option.

Forfeited points or games count for settlement. Tie breaks or match tie-breaks are considered as one game. These markets are based on the statutory number of sets. If the statutory number of sets changes then all wagers placed in these markets will be graded as NO ACTION. In the event of retirement, disqualification, or change of surface mid-match, bets placed in these markets will be graded as NO ACTION.

4.9.9 Set Score (in-play current set and next set)

Predict the number of games won by both players in a given set. If the next set is not played, then wagers on that set will be graded as NO ACTION. Once a set has started, it must be completed in order for wagers in this market to stand. Forfeited points or games will count for settlement purposes. If a match is decided by a match tie-break, then the match tie-break will be considered to be the third set. Set betting would be settled as 2-1 to the winner of the match tie-break, and the 3rd set winner would be deemed as the winner of the match tie break as well.

4.9.10 Retirements

In the event that a player retires (or the match otherwise terminates prior to the advancing player winning the required number of sets), all full match wagers and set wagers on incomplete sets will be graded as "NO ACTION". All set wagers on fully completed sets will still have action.

4.9.11 If a match is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, all bets on this market will be void.

Soccer

Live Soccer Rules

4.10.3 1st half wagers on events that do not reach break time will be deemed no action.

  • Twenty20 Matches: the full 20 overs for each team
  • One Day Matches: at least 40 overs for each team
